摘　　要：新《指导纲要》对高校体育课程提出了新的发展思路和要求,而新课程能否得到顺利实施关键要靠一支现代化的体育教师队伍。然而,目前高校体育教师队伍中存在着教育理念不清、职称学历结构不合理、理论水平和科研能力较低等不良现象。以新课程为出发点,采用调查法、访谈法,对高校体育教师队伍现状进行了研究,为建设一支高质量的体育教师队伍提供参考依据。New Outline puts forward a new way of thinking of PE curriculum in higher schools, but the modernization of PE teachers team is key of realization of new curriculum. At present, there are some phenomena in the teachers team, such as the principle is not pure; the construction of academic title and education background aren＇t reasonable; the lower level of theories and ability of research. By investigation and talking measures, based on new curriculum, this paper investigated present situation of PE teachers team. The purpose of this paper is to provide some profitable theory for cultivating a highly qualified team of PE teachers in higher schools.
