摘　　要：本文报告了１８例经手术和病理证实的椎管内神经鞘瘤。根据ＣＴ表现，建议将该病分为四型：硬膜外型，髓外硬膜内型，硬膜内外型，弥漫型。对有关ＣＴ诊断的问题进行了讨论。Eighteen cases of intraspinal neurinoma proved by operation and histOlogy were reported.According to the CTfindings,the authors suggested that it could be divided into four types.i.e.extradural,intradural-extramedullary,intradural-extradural and diffuse type.
