扩招形势下我国研究生教育面临的问题及其对策

摘　　要：扩招形势下我国研究生教育出现了诸多问题,主要是对研究生教育认识不足,忽略了研究生教育质量,盲目加快扩招速度,培养目标单一化,经费不足,师资短缺,教材教法落后,评估体系和制度不完善等。解决问题的办法是:树立教育即服务的观念、人才培养的多元化观念、教育的国际化观念,遵循积极发展战略、适度超前发展战略、均衡发展战略,增加经费投入,加强师资、教材教法、评估体制和制度建设。The undergoing expansion of postgraduate＇s eurolment is indispensable with the development of economy. However. the rapid element of the scale also brings some problems of understanding and quality. In order to solve the above - mentioned problems, we should acquire some outlooks that education is service, the cultivation should be more pluralistic, and education should be internationalized. Moreover, we can adopt a series of specific measures, such as readjusting the eurolment scale by an appropriate margin, adding more funding, set up a fair, reasonable system of charges, energizing the teaching reform and textbook, strengthening the building of supervisor team and improving the evaluation system of postgraduate education.
