摘 要:旨在开发一种适用于小型船艇在非靠绑状态下的海上补给方法.根据小型船艇海上补给的特点,提出了一套纵向锚泊补给的海上补给方式及补给装置,利用弹性力学的有关理论,建立补给装置恒张力索道系统数学分析模型,推导索道运动方程.采用一种介于近似法和精确法之间的计算方法,分析索道静态特性,并考虑阻尼对货物运动的影响,用四阶龙格-库塔(Runge-Kutta)法求解索道非线性运动微分方程,分析补给装置的可靠性.设计了海上分离式轻型补给装置的原理样机,做摇摆实验测量货物运动及索道受力.分析结果表明,承载索张力变化低于200/;货物最低点的理论值和试验值相差不超过700/;货物不会与甲板或水面相碰撞,新的补给系统是安全可靠的.To find a kind of unbound depot method for minitype depot boats on the sea, a set of longitudinal anchoring replenishment method and replenishment equipments were presented considering the replenishment specialty of minitype boat on the sea. Based on the correlative theory of elasticity mechanics, a mathematical analytical model on constant-tensility ropeway system was established for the derivation of the movement equations of the ropeway. Then a calculating method, which was intervenient the approximate method and the accurate method, was adopted to analyze the static characteristics of the ropeway, and the influence of cargo damping on cargo movement was also taken into account. By the four-step Runge-Kutta method, the non-linear movement equations of the ropeway were resolved to aualyze the reliability of the replenishment equipments. At last, a principium model of the offshore minitype detached replenishment system was designed to test the movement of the cargo and the foree borne by the ropeway. The results show that the variation of the tensility on the ropeway is less than 2%, and the difference between the calculating result and the experimental result is less than 7%. The cargo will not impact the deck or the water, and the new replenishment system is safe and reliable.
