摘　　要：住宅乃人之栖居之所,其设计应源于“人之所需”。本文试图从九个方面来解密“经典户型”,寻找其设计初衷,并由此探究其建筑设计方法,挖掘其指导思想。Residence is the place where people dwell. Its design comes from the necessity of people. This article tries to explain the classical residence project from nine aspects, finding its design original intentions, researching into its architectural design methods and summarizing its guidelines.
