摘 要:针对电力系统紧急控制优化决策中遇到的候选控制措施数目过于庞大,影响在线搜索速度的问题,利用电力系统实用动态安全域的基本性质和紧急控制的基本规律,提出了一种候选控制措施筛选法。该方法首先精确计算几个基本控制措施的有效性指标,然后利用基本控制措施的有效性指标对其它候选控制措施的有效性进行线性估计,并利用估计值来筛选候选控制措施集,排除掉大量无效控制措施,减小候选控制措施集的规模,再对剩余的有效控制措施进行优选,得出最优措施。在新英格兰系统上的应用,证明了该筛选法可以有效减小候选控制措施的数目,特别是在考虑多个节点多级控制措施复合操作的情况下,搜索速度显著提高。To the problem of power system transient stability emergency control, the combinations of different tripping positions and shedding levels must be considered. In that case, a great set of candidate control measures will be inevitable and impede the speed of online searching. In order to solve this problem, this paper presents a method for swift filtering control decision options based on the experiential theory of PDSR and emergency control. Furthermore, on the basis of PDSR, the paper designs a new online emergency control predecision frame. At first, the new frame only calculates the validity index of some elementary control measures. To other combined measures, their validity indices will be estimated using elementary index. Making use of above-mentioned information, a great deal of invalid measures will be eliminated. Then the dimensions of the control measures set will be reduced dramatically. Finally the new frame will select the optimized decision from the remainder measures. The testing result proves that the method can reduce the dimensions of control measure set effectively. Especially with a view to the combinations of different tripping positions and shedding levels, the method can elevate the searching efficiency obviously.
