重型汽车双层车架结构传力特征分析

摘　　要：在研究铆钉连接传力特征的基础上,对双层槽钢的车架铆钉连接的不同方式进行分析,研究表明其内层槽钢的受力与铆钉的分布有关。据此理论设计的车架结构经试验和用户使用证明是成功的。Based on the study on the force-transmitting feature of rivet, the analysis on the rivet joint of double-layer U-steel is conducted. The results show that the force in the inner layer U-steel depends on the layout and spacing of rivets. The proving ground test and the operation practice by customers on the frame structure designed based on the finding prove to be successful.
