摘　　要：以氧化钙为钙源制取丙酸钙,对传统反应工艺进行了改进。并通过正交实验优化了工艺条件:丙酸和氧化钙的质量比1∶0.5,反应温度60-70℃,反应时间2h。The calcium propionate was synthesized with calcium oxide as raw material in this paper. Improved the traditional reaction craft. And optimized the technical parameters by orthogonal experiments：the quantity ration of propionate and calcium oxide was 1：0.5; the reaction temperature 60-70 ℃, the reaction time 2 h.
