摘　　要：目的探讨不放液的节段性外垫压治疗单纯型孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法对19例(19眼)视网膜脱离病人行巩膜外垫压结合巩膜冷凝术封闭视网膜裂孔治疗。结果术后随访中17例视网膜复位,2例视网膜脱离复发,1次手术成功率89.47%。术后随访两个月以上,视力≥0.3的有13眼,其中≥1.0的有2眼。结论不放液的节段性外垫压结合巩膜冷凝术治疗单纯型孔源性视网膜脱离效果满意。本手术应用于早期手术的视网膜脱离,或者视网膜裂孔不复杂的病例,术后视力恢复好。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic outcome of scleral buckling with nondrainage procedure in patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment （RRD）. Methods Nineteen eyes with RRD were treated with scleral buckling combining with scleral cryocoagulation. All patients were followed up for at least 2 months. Results Seventeen eyes achieved retinal reattachment. Only two eyes were detached at follow up examination. The operation success rate was 89.47%. There were 13 patients whose visual acuity got to 0. 3 during more than 2 months of followup. Among them 2 patients achieved 1.0. Conclusion Scleral buckling combining with scleral cryocoagulation for RRD achieves satisfactory efficacy and can be used in the treatment of RRD.
