摘　　要：从竞技行为的异化和个人发展的异化两个方面分析了运动员的异化行为表现;认为运动员异化行为的产生既有竞技运动自身特征的成因,也有竞技运动的社会环境成因;从四个方面提出了克服运动员异化行为产生的对策:1)树立以人为本的竞技观;2)维护运动员的合法权益;3)对竞技商业化加以必要控制;4)淡化“金牌至上”意识。from two aspects that alienation of competitive sports behavior and individual development, this paper analyzes the athlete alienation behaviors, thinks that the competitive sports characteristic and the society circumstance lead to the alienation behaviors. And four aspects of countermeasures are put forward： erect the idea of humanism, protect legality interests, implement necessary control over competitive sports commercialization, and reduce gold medal paramount consciousness.
