皮划艇激流回旋运动员腰椎间盘突出的分析研究

摘　　要：我们于2002-2004年对国家队23名运动员进行了损伤状况的检查统计和治疗。腰椎间盘突出是这个项目中发生率比较高的一种伤病。23例中有3例,男性2例,女性1例,其患病率13%。损伤的性别差异显著(P<0.05),男性比女性易发生腰椎间盘突出。This study conducted the tests statistics and treatments of the injury status of 23 athletes of the National Team from 2002 to 2004. Lumbar disc herniation can be seen as a kind of disease which has a higher injury occurrence rate in the event of canoe slalom. There were three athletes who have got the lumbar disc herniation among 23 athletes. Two male athletes and one female athlete, the occurrence rate was 13%. There was obvious gender difference （P 〈 0.05）. The male athletes were easier to have lumbar disc herniation than the female ones.
