高校公共体育课开设体育舞蹈课程探讨

摘　　要：体育舞蹈是一项新兴的体育运动项目,它以强烈的娱乐、竞技、表演的色彩深受当代大学生的喜爱,现从高校大学生的生理和心理需要及当前大学实际开设的体育舞蹈课程的可行性作了一些研究和探讨,对高校体育的改革有一定的指导作用。Sport dance is a newly rising event liked by undergraduate students because of its amusement, performance and competition. Author makes a study on the physiological and psychological needs of undergraduate students and the feasibility of making sport dance curricular. It＇s instructive in the college sport reform.
