摘　　要：本文以国内英文报刊杂志为依据,从社会语言学的角度初步分析了中国英语的性质,归纳了中国英语的词汇和语法特点并剖析了其产生的背景和存在的意义。The present paper according to the national English magazines, from the sociolinguistics parts analyses the character of the English of Chinese, inducts the feather of words and grammar of the English of Chinese, and analyses the background and the significances of it.
