护士对输血知识掌握情况的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解护士对输血知识的掌握情况,以便有针对性地对护士进行输血新知识训练,保证对患者输血能达到预期效果。方法自行设计问卷调查3所三级甲等医院的护士对输血知识的掌握程度。结果护士对全血细胞、红细胞的正确储存温度和储存时间掌握较好;对血小板的储存时间,全血、红细胞和新鲜冷冻血浆的输注时限以及血小板在常温下规定输完时间掌握较好;其他问题掌握均较差。结论随着输血技术的发展,需对护士不断加强新知识培训,提高输血质量。Objective To determine nurses＇ knowledge about blood transfusion,in order to provide purposeful training of the knowledge about blood transfusion for nurses and ensure the effect of blood transfusion. Method The nurses in 3 Grade three Class A hospitals were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire about the knowledge of blood transfusion. Results The nurses had a good mastery of the knowledge about the correct storage temperature and time for the whole blood,red blood cell and blood platelet,the time limit of transfusion of blood platelet,whole blood, red blood cell and fresh frozen blood plasma. They showed poor mastery about the other knowledge. Conclusion With the development of blood transfusion technique, it is necessary to strengthen the training for nurses to improve the quality of blood transfusion.
