摘　　要：《史记》十表所记叙的内容具有丰富的史料价值,它反映出司马迁在编写十表中所体现出的进步的历史观点与其所要抒发、表现的感情态度,同时由于资料缺少和所依据的资料不同,也出现了一些重要错误。对此加以梳理,对读者全面理解《史记》与评价司马迁有一定参考价值。The historical data gathered by the Ten forms in Historical records are rich and valuable, which reflect Sima Qian＇s advanced view of history and strong feelings he wants to express, But, at the same time, the shortage and inaccuracy of some materials results in some mistakes, It is necessary to collate the Ten Forms so that readers can have an overall understanding of Historical Records and an equitable judgment on Sima Qian.
