摘　　要：北魏孝文帝给高句丽王高云的诏书是一份非常重要的文献,诏书于太和十六年九、十月份发出,要求高句丽派遣王弟入朝,高句丽最终顺从了北魏的要求。诏书内容可以弥补多件文献阙载的历史事件,可以藉此了解孝文帝精心策划迁都洛阳过程中对内树立权威、对外极力笼络的手段,对研究高句丽国情、魏丽关系大有裨益。The Imperial Decree which was sent out to Gaoyun（高云） who was the King of Koguryo by Emperor Xiaowen （孝文帝）of the North Wei Dynasty in the sixteenth year of Taihe（太和）is of great significance. Koguryo yielded eventually to the demand of the North Wei Dynasty, which asks Koguryo to send Gaoyun＇ s brother to enter the court of Wei. The decree recorded many events that are absent in other literatures, therefore it helps the comprehension the measures taken by Emperor Xiaowen during the process of moving the capital to Luoyang, it＇ s also beneficial to the study of the situation of Koguryo and the relation between the North Wei Dynasty and Koguryo.
