放疗联合顺铂化疗治疗Ⅲ期子宫颈癌疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价放疗联合顺铂综合治疗Ⅲ期子宫颈癌疗效。方法:同期对比分析经放疗加顺铂化疗(放化组)90例和单纯放疗(单放组)74例Ⅲ期子宫颈癌患者5年生存率、局部控制率、远处转移率和并发症。结果:5年生存率放化组60.0%,单放组43.2%(P<0.05)。局部控制率放化组57.8%,单放组37.8%(P<0.05)。远处转移率放化组35.6%,单放组33.8%(P>0.05)。放射性直肠炎:放化组11.1%,单放组10.8%(P>0.05)。放射性膀胱炎放化组6.7%,单放组6.8%(P>0.05)。无因治疗而引起的死亡发生。结论:放射治疗联合顺铂化疗能提高Ⅲ期子宫颈癌患者局部控制率和5年生存率,未改善远处转移率,副作用能耐受。Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of pelvic radiotherapy combined with cisplatin chemotherapy for treatment of stage Ⅲ cervical cancer. Methods：Ninety patients received pelvic radiotherapy combined with cisplatin chemotherapy while 74 patients underwent radiotherapy alone. Results： Five-year survival rates in chemo-radiotherapy group and in radiotherapy group were 60.0% and 43.2% respectively（P 〈 0.05 ）. Local control rates were 57.8% and 37.8% respectively（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Distant metastasis rates were 35.6% and 33. 8% respectively （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Rectal complications were 11. 1% and 10. 8% respectively （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Bladder complications were 6.7% and 6.8% respectively（P 〉 0.05）. There was no treatment mortality. Conclusions：The pelvic radiotherapy combined with cisplatin chemotherapy for treatment of stage Ⅲ cervical cancer can improve the local control rate and 5-year survival rate except the distant metastasis rate. Side effects can be alleviated.
