摘　　要：在文献研究的基础上,提出供应商在进驻供应商园之前,应从下五个方面来系统考虑所面对的风险；专一程度；零部件的种类；零部件的价值,体积和重量；劳动成本；原工厂位置。In the support of the hterature, the paper proposes that the suppliers should take five factors into account when deciding to enter into the park： degree of exclusively supplying, component variety, value, volume and weight of components, regional differences in labor costs, position of original factory.
