白术提取液及成分对唾液淀粉酶活性的影响

摘　　要：目的研究白术提取液及成分对唾液淀粉酶活性的影响。方法采用淀粉酶比色测量法,进行了白术的水煎液、醇提液、白术挥发油及白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅲ对酶活性影响的实验。结果白术水煎液能明显增加酶的活性,白术醇提液及白术内酯Ⅰ对酶活性也有增强作用,而白术挥发油及白术内酯Ⅲ却抑制酶的活性。结论白术内酯Ⅰ可以作为白术健脾运脾的效应成分之一。Objective To investigate the effects Atractylodes macrocephala extracts and its components on the activity of salivary amylase. Methods Amylase colorimetric method was used to determine the activities of salivary amylase affected by Atractylodes macrocephala water extract, alcohol extract, volatile oil, atractylenolide Ⅰ , and atractylenolide Ⅲ. Results The activity of salivary amylase increased obviously by Atractylodes macrocephala extract, and it was also enhanced by ethanol extract and atractylenolied Ⅰ , whereas it was suppressed by volatile oil and atractylenolide Ⅲ. Conclusion Atractylenolide Ⅰ is one of the effective components on Atractylodes macrocephala invigorating the spleen.
