摘 要:利用透射电镜对丹皮多糖分子(PSM2b-A)的显微结构进行了研究。观察到PSM2b-A在水溶液中呈球状或圈状的形貌,这些球状和圈状的结构可进一步连接或侧向聚集成链状或网状结构。表明在稀水溶液中,多糖分子倾向于蜷曲,且可通过氢键和其他弱作用力形成各种分子聚集形态。The uhrastructuro of polysaccharide isolated from the root of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr named as PSM2b-A was examined by transmission electron microscopy. PSM2b-A samples in aqueous solution were heated at 45℃ for 20 minutes before dipping to the copper grids following negative staining by uranyl acetate after air-dried. Coiled balls or circles, extended chains, network-like structures have been observed. It is presumed that polysaccharide molecules of PSM2b-A in aqueous solution are likely to coil into floppy or compact globular structures which may assemble into aggregates by means of hydrogen bonds, leading to a variety of morphology. The TEM images provide useful insight into the conformations and interactions of polysaccharide molecules.
