摘　　要：目的检测胆管癌组织中BaxmRNA表达及细胞凋亡,探讨BaxmRNA表达与细胞凋亡的关系及其在胆管癌发生、发展中的作用。方法用原位分子杂交法检测32例胆管癌组织及10例癌旁组织BaxmRNA表达;用原位末端TUNEL法检测相应组织中细胞凋亡。结果癌旁组织的BaxmRNA阳性表达率明显高于癌组织(P<0.05);癌旁组织的凋亡指数AI明显高于癌组织(P<0.05);在胆管癌组织中,BaxmRNA阳性表达率与其凋亡指数及凋亡阳性细胞的分布均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论胆管癌组织中的细胞凋亡受到抑制,BaxmRNA表达低下或缺失参与了胆管癌的发生、发展过程。[Objective] To examine the expression of Bax mRNA in hilar eholangiocarcinoma （HCC） and the apoptosis of HCC in order to study the relation of the expression of Bax mRNA with apoptosis,and its role in the development of HCC. [Methods] Detecting the expression of Bax mRNA by in situ hybridization and the apoptosis by TUNEL method in 32 HCC tissues and 10 paraeaneer tissues. [Results] Expression of Bax mRNA in paraeaneer tissue was signifieantly higher than that in HCC tissue （P 〈0.05）; Apoptosis index （AI） in paraeaneer tissue was obviously higher than that in HCC tissue （P 〈0.05）, There was a positive correlation between the expression of Bax mRNA and the apoptosis of HCC cells in HCC tissues. [Conclusions] The apoptosis in HCC was depressed and the less or losing expression of Bax mRNA contributed to the development of HCC.
