低场MRI对肝细胞癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨低场MRI在肝癌的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析38例肝癌在低场MRI信号强度改变。结果:低场MRI肝癌在T1WI呈较低信号;在T2WI信号不规则增高,呈高低混杂信号;其中肿瘤的脂肪变性,肿瘤的假包膜及静脉瘤栓为特征性改变。Gd-DTPA在低场MRI对肝癌诊断价值不大。结论:肝细胞癌在低场MRI信号强度以混杂信号多见,尤其在T2WI更为明显。脂肪变性在T1WI显示佳,假包膜在所有成像序列均呈低信号,静脉瘤栓在T1WI较T2WI显示好。Purpose： To investigate the diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of low- field MRi in hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Materials and Methods： The change of low- field MRI signal intensity of HCC in 38 cases were reviewed retrospectively.Results： The signal intenslty of low- field MPI in HCC preaented ad slightly hypointensity on T1WI and mixedintensity with irregular increased T2WI, among them, neoplastic fatty degeneration,pseudocapsules and th tumor thrombo in portal or hepatic veins are characteristic changes.Gd-DT- PA in low- field MRI ha little value in disgnosing HCC. Conclusions： Low - field MRI signal intensity of HCC mainly presented as mixedintensity, expecially apparent on T2WI. Fatty degeneration can be displayed well on T1WI, pseudocapsules presented as hypointensity in all cholanglopancreatosraphy sequence and tumor thrombo in portal or hepatic veins can be displayed Well on T1WI than T2WI.
