摘　　要：目的:探讨摘除高龄浅表性多发性膀胱肿瘤的治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析36例高龄浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者行膀胱粘膜剥脱加丝裂霉素粘膜多点注射的治疗情况。结果:术后效果满意,总复发率13.9%。结论:膀胱粘膜剥脱是一种治疗高龄浅表性多发性膀胱肿瘤的有效方法。Objective： To evaluate the therapy of multiple superficial bladder tumors in aged patients. Methods： Bladder mucosal stripping plus multispot submucosal injection of mitomycin were made from 1995～2005. The cases were analysed retrospectively. Results： The results were satisfactory. The recurrence rate was 13.9%. Conclusion： Bladder mueosal stripping is a effective treatment method for multiple superficial bladder tumors in aged patients.
