摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯为单体,以十二烷基硫酸钠和OP-10作为混合乳化剂,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法合成了丙烯酸酯乳液,用于聚合物水泥基复合防水涂料。考察了各种助剂对纯丙乳液黏度和吸水率的影响。适量的增塑剂可提高涂膜的低温柔性;增稠剂能明显提高乳液的黏度,但防水性能变差。通过实验得出:增塑剂的最佳加入量为5%,松节油的最佳加入量为6%,增稠剂的最佳加入量为0.8%。Acrylate emulsion was prepared by way of semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization with methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acrylate (BA) as monomers, SDS and OP-10 as emulsifiers for mixing. This emulsion was used for polymer cement compounded waterproof coating. Effects of various aids on viscosity and water absorption of pure acrylate emulsion were investigated. Testing results showed that proper content of plasticizing agent could improve low temperature flexibility of the coat, addition of thickener could enhance markedly viscosity of the emulsion whereas reduce water resistance. Optimal dosage of plasticizing agent was 5%, that of turpentine 6% and that of thickener 0.8%.
