10－羟基－2－癸烯酸对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及免疫增强作用

摘　　要：目的：观察１０－羟基－２－癸烯酸（１０－ＨＤＡ）对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及免疫功能的影响。方法：接种Ｓ１８０小鼠的瘤重、接种艾氏腹水癌小鼠的生存期及因荷瘤而降低的迟发型超敏反应为指标，观察腹腔注射１０－ＨＤＡ的作用。结果：１０－ＨＤＡ明显抑制Ｓ１８０实体瘤生长，延长艾氏腹水癌小鼠生存期，并能恢复小鼠因荷瘤而降低的迟发型超敏反应。结论：腹腔注射１０－ＨＤＡ对小鼠Ｓ１８０实体瘤及艾氏腹水癌具有抑瘤作用，并能恢复因荷瘤所致的免疫功能低下，后者可能与其体内抗肿瘤作用有关。Objective:The effect of 10-Hydroxy-2-decenoic acid(10-HDA),unsaturated fatty acid ex-tracted from royal jelly,on tumor and immune function was studied in tumor-bearing mice,Methods:The effect of 10-HDA ip on the weight of tumor,survival time and delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH)was observed in S180 or EVC bearing mice. Results:10-HDA significantly decreased tumor weight in S180-bearing mice,prolonged the survival time in EAC-bearing mice and restored the de-creased DTH in both kinds of tumor bearing mice. Conclusion:These results indicate that 10-HDA ip had antitumor and immunopotentiating effects,the latter may involve the antitumor activity of 10-HDA
