摘  要:目的:探讨自由基对胆色素结石形成的影响。方法:用电子顺磁共振谱(EPR)分析胆石,用FT-IR测定胆红素钙含量。结果:胆固醇结石的EPR信号很弱或检测不出。胆色素结石则可同时具有自由基和过渡金属离子的EPR特征,其中心谱线(g=2.0040,线宽=9.5G)由自由基引起,且强度与胆石中胆红素钙的含量正相关(r=+0.995,P<0.001),结论:胆色素结石中存在源于胆红素类化合物的自由基。自由基对胆色素结五中胆红素聚合物的形成可能有重要影响。Objective:To investigate the role of free radical in the formation of pigment gallstones. Meth-ods:Gallstones were assayed by electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)spectroscopy. The contents of calcium bilirubinate in gallstones were determined by FT-IR, Results:Very weak or no EPR signals were detected from cholesterol gallstones, and the features of free radical and transition metal ions were found in pigment gallstones. The central line(q=2.0040,line width=9. 5G) in EPR spectra of pigment gallstones is produced by free radical,and its intensities correlated linearly with the contents of calcium bilirubinate in pigment gallstones(r=+0.995,P<0.001).Conclusion :Free radical existed in pigment gallstones,and it arose from bilirubin compounds in gallstones. Free radical might play an important role in the formation of bilirtibin polymers in pigment gallstones.
