CT透视引导下经皮无水乙醇治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的评价CT导向下经皮穿刺无水乙醇注射治疗肝癌的技术方法及临床应用价值。方法30例患者，在CT导向下行穿刺无水乙醇硬化治疗，分析其并发症，并追踪观察其疗效。结果30例中，24例癌肿顺利完成穿刺硬化治疗，无严重并发症发生，对18例癌肿术后追踪观察3个月～1年，I～Ⅳ级癌肿疗效个数分别为Ⅰ（70％）、Ⅱ（18．5％）、Ⅲ（9．2％）和Ⅳ（11．1％），临床症状缓解率为83％（15／18）。结论CT导向下经皮肝癌穿刺无水乙醇硬化治疗是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the technique and clinical application of CT-guided subcutaneous paracentetic absolute ethyl alcohol injection in the treatment of liver cancer. Methods 30 patients were selected to carry out the CToguided paracentetic absolute ethyl alcohol sclerotherapy, the complications were analyzed and curative effect was tracing studied.Results Among the 30 patients,24 hepatomegaly and no severe complications occurred. After the operation,18 patients were tracing studied for 3 to 12 months. During the following period, the effective grade 0, Ⅰ ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ were 70 %,18.5%,9.2%,and 11.1%, respectively. The clinical symptom catabatic rate appeared in 81.8% of cases （15/18）.Conclusion CT-guided subcutaneous paracentetic absolute ethyl alcohol sclerotherapy is a safe and effective method for the liver cancer treatment.
