摘 要:以质量分数90%的失水山梨醇单油酸脂(Span80)和10%的聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸脂(Tween80)为复合乳化剂,应用功率超声技术制备了乳化柴油。在乳化剂和水的加入方式及加入量一定的条件下,选择不同的超声波功率和作用时间,通过一系列对比实验分析了这些因素对乳液内相水滴平均粒径的影响。同时还分析了恒温与保温条件下作用时间与乳液内相水滴平均粒径的关系。实验结果表明,超声波功率对柴油乳化影响显著;超声波功率越大,乳化速率越快,相同时间下制得的乳液内相水滴的平均粒径越小。保温条件下制得的乳液温度高,乳化速率快,但乳化温度过高乳液易破乳,因此制备柴油乳液时需选择合适的乳化温度。Diesel oil emulsion was prepared by power ultrasonic technique with Span 80 and Tween 80 as complex surfactant. Effects of ultrasonic power and action time on average size of water droplets in inner phase of emulsion were investigated. Under conditions of constant temperature and heat insulation, relationships between action time of power ultrasonic and average size of the water droplets in emulsion were analyzed. Along with increase of ultrasonic power emulsification speeds up and average size of water droplets decreases. Under heat insulated condition, the temperature of prepared emulsion is higher and therefore velocity of emulsification is faster. But if temperature is too high emulsion breaking can be induced, so choice of appropriate temperature is important for emulsification of diesel oil.
