摘 要:合成了亚麻油改性酚醛树脂(PF),FT—IR谱图说明亚麻油成为PF分子结构的一部分。综合热分析表明改性PF在320℃~600℃间失重53.11%,普通PF失重73.51%;普通PF热分解峰为400℃~425℃和540℃~600℃,而亚麻油改性PF热分解峰在440℃~470℃和600℃~660℃。亚麻油改性PF作基体的摩阻材料的摩擦磨损性能和力学性能测试表明,改性PF的粘接性和韧性均得到提高,摩阻材料摩擦系数大,摩擦性能稳定,磨损率低.冲击强度大,硬度适中,改性PF可作为高性能摩阻材料基体。To obtain friction material with high-quality, linseed oil was used to modify phenolic resin. According to FT-IR spectra, it is identified that linseed oil reacts with phenol and becomes a portion of phenolic resin structure. TG-DSC analysis shows that modified phenolic resin loses 53. 11% weight between 320 ℃~600℃, while common phenolic resin loses 73.51% mass. The therm-decomposed peak of common phenolic resin are 400 ℃~425℃ and 540 ℃~600℃, while that for modified phenolic resin are 440℃~470℃and 600℃~660℃. These mean that the heat-resistance and heat-stability of linseed oil-modified phenolic resin are superior to those of pure phnolic resin. Tribological characteristics and mechanical properties of linsecd oil-modified phenolic resin based composite indicate that the friction material have high friction coefficient, stabilized friction property, low wear rate, high impacted strength and mezzo hardness. So, the linseed oil modified phenolic resin is reasonable to be used as the base of excellent friction material.
