摘　　要：目的制备尼美舒利口腔崩解片。方法采用正交设计筛选尼美舒利口腔崩解片的处方并考察片剂质量。结果由15％乳糖、20%微晶纤维素、30％PVPP、1％CMS-Na组成的优化处方所制备的口腔崩解片口感良好,在45 s内完全崩解,10min释药97 %以上。结论该口腔崩解片处方合理、质量可控。Objective To study the preparation and quality control methods of Nimesulide Orally Disintegrating Tablets. Methods The orthogonal design was used to optimize the formulation of Nimesulide Orally Disintegrating Tablets,and quality of prepared tablets was examined. Results Besides Nimesulide, the tablets were composed of lactose 15%, 20 %, PVPP 30%, CMS-Na 1%. The prepared tablets disintegrated completely in 40s,dissolved more than 97% in 10min and taste fine. Conclusion The preparation and quality control methods of Nimesulide Orally Disintegrating Tablets is suitable.
