摘　　要：颅内静脉性血管畸形是脑血管畸形的一种，临床少见。本文报告北京天坛医院神经外科自１９９２年以来，经造影证实１０例静脉血管畸形。男６例，女４例，年龄５～３９岁，平均年龄２１．４岁。病史中表现为出血３例，癫痫２例，头痛１０例。病变位于幕上８例，幕下２例。本组幕下２例及１例额顶部开颅手术切除静脉畸形。随访６～３６月，平均１５．３月。未手术的７例病情无变化，可参加正常工作和学习。本文结合文献对本病的诊断、影像和治疗进行讨论。Venousmalfomationsareclassifiedasadistincttypeofthecerebrovascularmalforma-tionsandrarelyencounteredinclinicalpractice.Tencasesofvenousmalformationprovedbyangiongra-phyweretreatedatourhospital.Thereweresixmenandfourwomen.Theaverageagewas21.4years(rangedfrom5to39).Theclinicalsymptomswerehemorhageinthreecases,seizureintwoandchronicheadacheinten.Eightlesionswerelocatedsupratentorialand2subtentorial.Fronto-temporalcraniotomyorsubocipitalcraniotomywasperformedintwocases.Alrecoveredwelpostoperativelyasfolow-upof6to36months(mean15.3months).Sevenpatientswithoutsurgeryarestudingorworkingnormaly.Theclinicalpresentation,imagesdiagnosisandtherapeuticstrategywerediscussedinthepaper.
