摘　　要：从三个方面论述了诸葛亮的人才思想,诸葛亮高度重视人才在治国安邦中的重大作用,大力选拔德才并重的人才,对人才严格考核,赏罚分明。This paper discusses Zhuge Liang＇s thinking of talent from three aspects.. Zhuge Liang attached great importance to the critical role talents played in administering state affairs well and ensuring national security. He also gave energetic support to select talents who combine ability with political integrity ; set up a strict check - up system and kept strictly the rules for reward and punishments.
