摘　　要：控制是目标实现的重要保证。本文从成人高等教育管理控制论的内涵、基本特性和存在必要性入手,尝试性提出了控制论视野下成人高等教育管理者素质定位的标准。Control is an important guarantee for the achievement of objectives. This paper analyzes the connotation and the fundamental characteristics and the need to exist of the adult higher education management control theory, and then try to analyze the quality positioning standards of adult higher education managers on the control theory vision.
