摘　　要：马克思主义人的全面发展理论具有丰富的科学内涵。大学思想教育工作需要以马克思主义人的全面发展理论为指导,重新审视传统的大学思想教育的理念和实践,促进大学生的全面发展,推进大学思想教育工作的改革创新。The Marxist person＇s overall development theory has rish scientific eonotation.
