农民工与市民的分化与融合

摘　　要：农民工进入城市后,和市民一样都面临着重新社会化的问题。在调查研究的基础上,运用经济学、社会心理学等理论和方法,分析了农民工进入城市后与城市市民的分化与融合,着重阐述了农民工与市民在新的历史条件下如何改变、调整和完善自己,进而造就“和谐市民”、建设“和谐城市”、实现城市的不断完善、促进和谐社会的形成。指出农民工与市民的继续社会化和再社会化是造就“城市和谐市民”、建立“和谐城市”乃至“和谐社会”、推动我国城市化进程的必然要求。强调了大城市、大市民观念以及政府部门要加强对农民工的管理与服务,并为农民工和市民的社会化创造和谐条件。When peasant workers enter into cities, they face the re - socialization as urban citizens do. On the base of research and investigation, this article onalyses the polarization and amalgamation between urban citizens and peasant workers by using economics, social psychology and other theories. The article emphasizes how peasant workers change, adjust and improve themselves under the new condition, and then how they create even harmonious cities to actualize the city constant development and accelerate the formation of the harmonious society. This article points out that the maintenance of socialization and the re - socialization of peasant workers and urban citizens are necessary requirements for setting up harmonious cities and even harmonious society to impel the process of the urbanization in China. It also stresses the conceptions of metropolis and great citizens, and suggests that the government departments enhance administration and service to peasant workers.
