西部大开发与大学生环境意识培育

摘　　要：西部生态环境方面的问题仍然比较严重。西部大开发战略的实施必须进一步重视提高西部人的环境意识。西部高校有责任通过系统的环境教育,提高西部建设的生力军———大学生的环境意识和环境素养。大学生的环境意识培育应是一个系统工程:首先要确立环境教育在素质教育中的应有地位;其次要注重环境道德的确立和环境价值观的建构;第三应通过环境科技知识的教育,引导学生树立可持续发展观;第四要形成和谐的环境教育氛围。Problems of ecological environment in western China are still serious. The performance of the strategy of great developement of western China, therefore, must further stress to improve the environmental consciousness for western people. The universities and colleges in western China also have responsibility to improve the environmental consciousness for students through a systematic environmental education. The cultivation of environmental consciousness for university students is a systematic engineering： first to settle the proper status of environmental education in qualification education, second to lay prominence to the construction of environmental morality and values, third to establsih the views of sustainable development for students, and finally to build a good atmosphere for environmental education.
