摘　　要：生产实习是工科大学教学过程中一个重要环节,在新的形势下如何达到生产实习的目标是我们所面对的严峻挑战。文章通过分析现有的实习方法、途径以及存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方法,建立了校内生产实习基地,并应用于我校的生产实习教学改革,取得了良好的效果。Production practice in enterprises is an important part for university students in engineering programs and it is a great challenge for us to make it successful in achieving its goals. Through an analysis of the current problems in the process of production practice, authors of this paper give the adequate methods and set up production practice in university. These reform methods were used in production practice of our university and have achieved good results.
