摘  要:介绍了国产电去离子装置代替混床制备电子工业超纯水的工艺流程、运行参数、经济效益、运行管理经验。长达14个月的连续运行表明,该系统的产水量为32m3/h时,产水水质达到16MΩ.cm以上。该工艺系统运行可靠,产水水质稳定,无污水排放,运行费用明显降低,同时工人的劳动强度和生产环境得到改善。In this paper is introduced the technolocical process, operating parameters, economic benefits and management experience of domestic electrodeionization device instead of mixed bed for preparation of ultra-pure water for electronic industry. The continuous operation for 14 months showed that, when the systme's product water output was 32m^3/h, the water quality reached over 17MΩ·cm. The technological system possesses the characteristics of reliable operation, stable product water quality, no sewage discharging, obviously low operation cost, improving operators' labor strength and production environment.
