眠得安煎剂的药理作用研究Ⅰ：镇静催眠作用

摘　　要：眠得安煎剂系中医传统方剂酸枣仁汤加减所得，０．５ｇ／ｋｇｉｐ的剂量可明显抑制小鼠自主活动，７９．７ｇ／ｋｇｉｇ及０．７７ｇ／ｋｇｉｐ对阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠无明显协同催眠作用，０．５８ｇ／ｋｇ可显著延长戊巴比妥钠的睡眠时间，１ｐＬＤ５０为２１．３８（１７．０２～２６．８５）ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｇＬＤ５０为２３９．８８（２１２．２８～２７１．５３）ｇ／ｋｇ。Miandean is derived from traditionally used decoction including Ziziphus jujubaMill.,Humulus Lupulus L. , Glycyrrhiza, and other herbs.0.58g/kg ip may significantlyinhibit the spontaneous activity and markedly prolong the sleeping time of pentobarbitalsodium(50mg/kg)of mice. 79.7g/kg ig and 0.77g/kg ip can not greatly enhance the hyp-notic action of subthreshold dose(30mg/kg) of pentobarbital sodium. Its ipLD_50 is 21.38(17.02～26.85)g/kg and igLD_50 is 239.88(212.28～271.53)g/kg.The results mentionedabove suggest that miandean posesses significant sedative effect.When used with otherhypnotics, Miandean may decrease the latter’s dose and their untoward reactions.
