摘 要:目的介绍种植体支持激光焊接杆式附着体覆盖义齿的临床应用,比较传统整体铸造和激光焊接杆式附着体的差别;方法对10例无牙颌患者进行激光焊接杆式附着种植覆盖义齿的修复(其中5例曾使用整体铸造杆式附着体修复),修复后3、6月进行复查和X线片检查;结果10例无牙颌患者均感到修复后义齿稳定,固位好;X线片显示杆式附着体与种植体间密合性好;结论激光焊接杆式附着体可以提高种植覆盖义齿的稳定、固位和密合性,优于整体铸造法,值得临床推广。Objective To introduce the laser- welded titanium frameworks used in implant - supported complete overdenture, and to tell the difference between the whole - casted and the laser - welded. Methods Ten edentulous patients were restored by laser- welded titanium frameworks implant - supported overdentures(5 of them were used to wear the whole - casted framework). Then return visit and X- ray check after 3、6 months were performed. Results All of 10 patients felt the overdentures were more stable and comfortable . The X- rays showed there was nearly no crack in the conjunction of the frameworks and the implants. Conclusion The laser - welded frameworks can improve the stability and retention of the implant- supported overdenture, and it is better than the whole- casted frameworks.
