充填术前牙本质小管预封闭技术的实验研究

摘　　要：目的龋病治疗预备窝洞后,牙本质小管口呈开放状态。来自充填体等的外界刺激,可能对牙髓组织产生不良影响。为减少这些不良作用,我们在研究中采用充填术前预先将牙本质小管封闭的技术,隔绝外界与牙髓组织之间的通道。方法预备洞型后,先将窝洞底涂布一层保护涂层将牙本质小管预先封闭,再进行常规充填,与常规龋病治疗洞衬技术进行扫描电镜下对照实验观察。结果扫描电镜观察结果显示,对照组牙本质小管口呈开放状态;使用了保护涂层的实验组,涂层与牙本质结合面结合紧密,封闭了牙本质小管口。结论本研究方法,有良好的牙本质小管封闭作用,为龋病的治疗提供了一种新的模式。Objective The dentinal tubules were patent after cavity preparation in the treatment of caries. In order to decrease the irritation from outer environment such as fillings, the pre - sealed technique of the dentinal tubules were used before the filling procedure. Methods After cavity preparation, a layer of protective material was spread to seal the dentinal tubules, compared the new technique with the conventional liner technique of caries therapy by scanning electronic microscope （SEM）. Results The present study revealed the dentinal tubules were patent in control group; while in test group, the openings of the dentinal tubules were sealed due to the spread layer was tightly combined with the dentinal surface. Conclusion The pre - sealed technique of the dentinal tubules before the filling procedure has good effect on the dentinal tubules sealing.
