摘　　要：目的探讨免疫疗法对晚期肿瘤的镇痛作用。方法回顾性地总结1994年以来的临床资料。结果单用免疫疗法,或rIL-2合并化疗均有不同程度的镇痛效果。结论免疫疗法的镇痛效果来自rIL-2,临床上的观察支持理论上的研究。Objective To investigate the pain relief response for advanced malignant tumor with immunotherapy.Methods Summarize the clinical data from 1994 retrospectively.Results Use of immunotherapy only or rIL-2 recombination with chemotherapy both have pain relief response in different degree. Conclusion The pain relief response for advanced malignant tumor comes from rIL-2. Our clinical investigation supports the theoretical research.
