两种桩核在前牙修复中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较两种桩-核-冠(预成螺纹型金属桩核和螺纹钉树脂桩核)修复方法的临床疗效。方法:对近3年修复的113例前牙残根残冠的单冠患者,采用两种不同的桩-核-冠修复治疗方法。并经过2年的随访观察。结果:两种桩-核-冠修复方法在核冠钉松动方面存在显著差异(P<0.05),在防止牙根折裂方面无显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:预成螺纹型金属桩核-冠组,在防止冠钉松动方面明显优于螺纹钉-复合树脂核-冠组(P<0.05)。Objective： To evaluate the effects of the prefabricated threaded metal post-cores-and threaded metal post with composite resin cores for restoring anterior teeth. Methods： 113 cases of anterior teeth were restored with two kinds of post-core crowns in recent 3 years and were tbllowed up for two years. The clinical effects were compared between the two kinds of post-cores. Results： There was significant difference between the two posts in loosening of post（P〈0.05）, and no significant difference in root fracture resistance （P〉0,05）. Conclusion： The group of prefabricated threaded metal post-cores was significantly superior to the group of composite resin post-cores in clinic effect.
