摘　　要：目的:探讨老年人颌面部恶性肿瘤的临床特点。方法:分析39例老年人颌面部恶性肿瘤的发病特点、病理类型及治疗特点。结果:本组老年人颌面部恶性肿瘤以鳞状细胞癌多发。结论:对于老年人颌面部恶性肿瘤患者,应重视其生理功能特点,加强围手术期的处理,减少手术及化疗的并发症。Objective： To explore thc characteristics of maxillofacia malignant tumor. Methods： 39 old patients with maxillofacial malignant tumor were analyzed according to their characteristics such as etiology, clinical pathology and treatment. Results： Thc squamous cell carcinoma was the most frequently occurred malignant tumor in 39 cases. Conclusions： The physical condition of aged patients should be paid more attention, the periopcration treatment must be practiced actively, and the complication of operation and chemiotherapy should be reduced.
