口腔健康教育对维护种植义齿卫生的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔健康教育对种植义齿清洁卫生的影响。方法:对52枚BLB种植体,其中11例共28枚种植体上制作的精密附着体,8例共24枚种植体上制作的套筒冠患者进行义齿染色,以健康教育的方式指导患者口腔健康行为,并用染色方法检查健康指导前后义齿清洁度的变化。结果:口腔保健指导后,基台、内、外冠之间,内冠颈缘,栓体栓道处,舌侧带状卡环,义齿边缘,人工牙间隙、义齿组织面软组织区,清洁度有明显的变化。结论:口腔健康教育在种植义齿清洁中起着重要的作用。Objective： Oral health cducation given by doctors and nurses were investigated in order to know whether it had any effccts on the cleaning implant denture. Methods： 52BLB implants, 11 patients with telescope denture and 8 patients with precision attachmcnt denture in this random study. Strcngthen healthy education was used to advise patient＇s behaviors, then the difference of thc denture cleaning before and after hcalthy guidance was examined by staining the dentures. Results： Abutment, the infected degree of bacterial plaque in sleeve coping and secondary crown, artificial tccth space, marginal gingival, the tissue area of base had statistically changed after healthy guidancc. Conclusion： Oral healthy education could be playing on important role in implant dcnture cleaning.
