摘 要:地下连续墙已成功应用于国内多个大型深基坑工程,但应用于高水位、高渗透性的粉砂土地基的工程实例尚不多。结合浙江凯喜雅商务中心大厦3层地下室深基坑支护工程实例,介绍地下连续墙(兼作地下室永久外墙,即“二墙合一”技术)在粉砂土地基中的应用情况。文中提出了考虑分步开挖的地连墙设计计算方法,介绍了本工程在地连墙与地下室主体结构之间连接的构造做法。Diaphragm walls have been successfully applied to very deep pit projects in China. However, only few examples have been provided to the silt and sand ground with high water level and high permeability. Based on an engineering case, the diaphragm walls applied to the silt and sand ground and acting as the permanent, outer load-bearing basement walls were introduced. The design calculation for the stepped excavated diaphragm walls was discussed, and the structural method to the connection between the diaphragm walls and the main structure of the basement level was introduced.
