摘  要:目的:通过计算预测有机溶剂在等温和程序升温条件下的保留时间,对测定药品残留溶剂时的色谱条件进行优化。方法:首先确定有机溶剂的气相色谱保留值方程,再运用 Excel 表计算有机溶剂在不同柱温条件下的预测保留时间,进而优化色谱条件,缩短分析时间。结果:可以获得良好的预测准确度。结论:保留时间预测应用于药品残留溶剂测定时色谱条件优化,可以减少预试验次数,较快地选择出合适的色谱条件。Objective :To predict the retention times of organic solvents under isothermal GC and temperature - programmed GC for optimizing the chromatographic condition in determination of residual solvents in pharmaceuticals. Methods:To establishment of the GC retention equations of each organic solvent, according to the equations, an iterative method was used to predict the retention times of each solvent under a different isothermal or temperature - programmed condition,using a worksheet of Excel as tools,then to choose the optimal chromatographic condition to carry out. Results:Accurate prediction was acquired and the analysis time under the optimized chromatographic condition was largely shortened. Conclusions : Prediction of retention time is useful in optimizing the chromatographic condition in determination of residual solvents in pharmaceuticals.
