摘　　要：瘦素(leptin)是由肥胖基因(ob gene)编码的蛋白质产物,主要由脂肪细胞分泌,是控制体质量的关键性激素。最近在胃上皮里发现了瘦素和瘦素的mRNA。瘦素参与了胃肠道炎症、免疫、损伤等病理过程。现结合近年国内外文献,就瘦素与胃肠道疾病的关系综述如下。Leptin, a peptide encoded by the obese （ob） gene, is primarily seereted by adipoeytes, which is a critical hormone controling body weight. Recently, Leptin mRNA and leptin protein were found in the gastric epithelium,. Leptin participates in many pathologie processes of gastrointestinal tract including inflammation, immunity and darnage. This paper reviewed the related researches about its relationship with gastrointestinal tract diseases.
