摘　　要：体外循环(CPB)过程中红细胞受到机械损伤的同时机体产生和释放大量的氧自由基及炎性细胞因子使红细胞膜受到脂质过氧化损伤,红细胞膜流动性、脆性、变形能力下降,红细胞膜上受体数目和酶活性发生显著性变化。CPB期间红细胞结构的剧烈改变必然影响红细胞的免疫功能。Red blood cell has mechanic injury and lipid peroxidation injury of its membrane frnm oxygen free rodical and inflammatory cytokine during cxtrocorporal circulation, during which its membrane fluidity, friability and disfiguration ability was decreased, meanwhile, the quantity of receptor and enzyme activity was also changed greatly. Obvious changes in erythrucyte structure is due affect the imn,une function of red cell.
