摘 要:介绍一种基于机电能量转换原理实现变速传动的装置。该装置将一台感应电动机和一台感应发电机融于一体,同心布置,能够替代汽车中的无级变速器、起动机和发电机。本文着重介绍其这种电气变变器(EVT)的工作原理,综述相关研究成果,比较不同设计之间的异同。通过结合串联混合动力以及无级变速器的控制策略,初步探讨装配EVT的整车控制策略和试验台架布置情况。通过对样机进行的实验和仿真研究表明,该装置不仅效率高,而且质量轻、体积小,既提高了车辆性能,又降低了排放。The paper introduced an advanced electromagnetic theory basecl on electrical variable transmission (EVT). This equipment integrates an induction motor and an induction generator with two mechanical ports and one electrical port, and can replace the continuously variable transmission, generator and starter motor in an automobile. The paper focused on its basic principle and control technology as well as the comparison between the similar researches. With reference to the control strategies of series hybrid electric vehicle and continuously variable transmission, the elementary control method of an EVT-equipped vehicle and the layout of EVT test bench were analyzed and given. Some experiments and simulation results show that this equipment is smaller and lighter compared with similar designs, and has a very high efficiency. It can increase fuel efficiency, reduce emissions and the mass of the vehicle powertrain, and achieve more power and better comfort.
